润滑止痛胶的润滑麻醉作用临床评价

Evaluation of the Clinical Action of Lubrication and Narcotism of Lubricate Analgesic Glue

目的 评价国产药物润滑止痛胶在食道心房调搏检查治疗中的润滑麻醉作用。方法 采用常用药物及润滑止痛胶 ,对 1 98例心律失常患者进行食道心房调搏检查、治疗。结果 1使用润滑止痛胶较常用法用药方便 ,且润滑性能好 ,易使食道电极导管顺利插入食道 ,不引起或较少引起恶心、呕吐反应。 2起搏阈值均值对比 ,润滑止痛胶法 2 0 .5V± 4.0 V,低于常用法 2 3.2 V± 4.0 2 V( P<0 .0 5)。3检查或治疗调搏时出现灼痛、刺痛、撞击等不适反应 ,吞咽 0 .5～ 1 .0 g润滑止痛胶后 ,上述反应减轻或消除。结论 润滑止痛胶 ,具有良好的润滑性能和麻醉作用 ,在经食道心房调搏检查或治疗中使用 ,可减少患者因插管及调搏刺激引起的不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the effect of lubrication and narcosis of 'Lubricate Analgesic Glue' made in CHINA in the examination and treatment of TEAP(transesophageal atrial pacing).Method 198 patients with arrhythmias, which have been processed the examination and therapy of TEAP by the usual medicament and Lubricate Analgesic Glue.Results ① Comparing the usual medicament with Lubricate Analgesic Glue,the latter not only has a good action of lubrication but make esophagus electrode canal insert weasand easily;which don't or less bring the reaction of nausea and vomit.②To compare the SD of pacing threshhold,Lubricate Analgesic Glue has 20.5V±4.0V,but the usual medicament has 23.2V±4.0V(P<0.05).③The sufferers who have been examined or cured by TEAP appear luminous ache, stab ache, bounce,and so on;who swallow 'Lubricate Analgesic Glue'(0.5 1.0 g) the discomfort reaction what you say alleviated or vanished.Conclusion Lubricate Analgesic Glue has a benign reaction of lubrication and narcotism,which abates the bad reaction by TEAP.
