摘要
目的:探讨抗病毒胶囊治疗生殖器疱疹的怍用机理。方法:用雌性豚鼠生殖道单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)2型感染的模型,采取抗病毒胶囊内服,观察豚鼠神经节和大脑组织的超微结构及HSV-DNA含量。结果:透射电镜下见生理盐水对照组神经节超微结构有明显线粒体肿胀和粗面内质网扩张,其它用药组神经节和所有各组的大脑组织超微结构无改变,没有找到完整病毒颗粒。腰骶神经节HSV—2DNA定量PCR检测各组问比较差异有显著性(P<0.0001),各组大脑定量PCR检测均为阴性。结论:中药抗病毒胶囊在动物体内有阻止HSV-2对神经节的感染和破坏作用。
Objective: To explore on mechanism of the antivims capsule in treatment of CH. Methods:Female guinea pig GH model was adopted to he treated by antivims capsule, ultrastruclure of guinea pig brain and ganglia and HSV-DNA on lumbosacral dorsal root ganglia had been tested. Results: Under the electron microscope, ganglia and brain in saline contral group had hern tested ohvious-ly swell of mitochondria and expand of rough endoplasrnic reticulutn, other three group did not change and found no virus partical. Quantification PCR to detect HSV-DNA on lumbosacral dorsal root ganglia was statistically significance between four group ( P < 0.0001), and brain tissue were negative; Conclusion:Antivirural capsule could prevent HSV-2 from infecting and stop destroying ganglia in animal model.
