动力髋螺钉治疗股骨干骨折合并同侧粗隆间骨折

The theatment of fermoral shaft fractures with ipsilateral peritrochanteric fractures using DHS

目的 :应用动力髋螺钉 (DHS)治疗股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨粗隆间骨折。方法 :1996年 3月～ 1999年 1月收治 2 4例复杂股骨骨折 ,其中 16例为股骨干中上段骨折合并同侧粗隆间骨折。初次就诊 13例 ,另 3例为首次手术失败 ,均采用 DHS固定。结果 :所有病例随访 6～ 2 4个月 ,平均 15个月 ,均骨性愈合 ,平均愈合时间 5个月 ,患肢关节功能优良。结论 :DHS治疗这类复杂创伤能达到良好骨折复位 ,坚强固定 ,可早期活动关节及功能锻炼 ,骨折愈合率高。

Objective:To analyze and evaluate the efficacy of D HS (Dynamic hip screw),in the treatment of fermoral shaft fractures with ipsilateral peritrochanteric fractures.Methods:From March 1996 to January 1999,from 24 cases of complex femoral fractures,16 cases were fermoral shaft fractures with ipsilateral peritrochanteric fractures and treated with DHS.Thirteen patients were first treated,the others associated with defeated fixation.Results:The follow-up ranged from 6 to 24 months with an average of 15 months.All the fractures healed up well.The average fractures healing time is 5 months.Joints movement and functions were excellent.Conclusion:DHS had obvious advantage of exact reduction,relable fixation,high rate of fracture healing.It appears to be a method of choice in the treatment of this complex femoral fractures.
