摘要
对高岭土、皂土、草酸、葡聚糖凝胶四种吸附剂在不同pH值下,对各种氨基酸的吸附情况进行了实验。同时将吸附剂对混合氨基酸水解液的脱色情况进行了讨论。并与常采用的脱色剂—活性炭进行了比较,实验结果对采用吸附作用分离氨基酸提供了依据。
In this paper, the effects of adsorption of kaolin, bentonite, oxalic acid and sephadex 58 to various amino acid at different pH value are tested, the decolourization of ad sorbents to hydrolyzate is discussed, and the result with that of activated charcoal is com pared.
