目的 :介绍手术治疗踝关节粉碎性骨折的应用。方法 :介绍我院 1995年以来手术治疗踝关节粉碎性骨折的处理体会 ,强调术中 ,术后要点。结果 :术后患者关节功能恢复好。结论

Objective:To discuse the clinical application of op eration for ankle joint comminuted fractures.Methods:Since 1995 57 cases of ankle joint comminuted fractures have been operated in our hospital.The main points duing and after operation were emphasized.Results:Ankle joint function were good after opertion.Conclusion:Early motion of joint can facilitate the cartilage repair and promote the quality of the reparative tissue under rigid internal fixation.
