涉及跟距关节的跟骨骨折手术治疗临床分析

Analysis of operative calcaneal fracture involving articulatic talocalcanea

目的 :评价手术治疗涉及跟距关节的跟骨骨折的疗效。方法 :对 19例涉及跟距关节面的跟骨骨折经跟骨外侧入路行切开复位重建钢板内固定术 ,术后石膏固定。结果 :随访 19足 ,时间 6月～ 2年 ,平均 1年半。根据足跟外形、踝关节活动度、关节有无行走疼痛、Bohler角度大小等作为评价指标 ,本组优良率为 89.5 %。结论

Objective:To assess the curative effect of operativ e treatment calcaneal fractures involving articulatic talocalcanea.Methods:Open reduction and internal fixation with reconstrucion plate by the lateral approach to 19 cases of calcaneal fracture involving articulatic talocalcanea and plaster immobilization after operation.Results:19 cases followed-up,the time was 6 months to 2 years with an average 1 year and 6 months.They were assessed according to shape of foot and activity of ankle joint and Bohler′s degree,the excellent and good rate was 89.5%,Conclusion:Open reduction and internal fixation should be used in all calcaneal fracture involving articulatic talocalcanea.
