摘要 以硼酸为催化剂合成水杨酸异丙酯 ,发现硼酸对水杨酸异丙酯的合成具有良好的催化活性。考察并优化了硼酸催化合成水杨酸异丙酯的工艺条件。实验结果表明 ,采用优化的工艺条件 ,硼酸催化剂可减少用量 ,提高总收率 ,缩短生产周期 。 Isopropyl salicylate is an important chemical raw material and intermediate.The conventional process which is being used owns many disadvantages.So the development of new types of catalysts with high efficiency and the improvement on the process are an important subject for the synthesis of isopropyl salicylate.This paper has studied the esterification of isopropanon and salicylic acid in the presence of boronic acid.The results show that boronic acid has good catalytic activity for the synthesis of isopropyl salicylate.With boronic acid,we synthesized isopropyl salicylate and optimized the esterification process conditions.The experimental results show that the new process uses small amount of boronic acid catalyst,gets higher target product yield,shortens the recation time,thus reduces the cost of production.
