采用双波长分光光度法同时测定食品中日落黄与柠檬黄 ,其标准曲线的相关系数为r柠=0 .9999,r日 =0 .9998,平均回收率也符合要求。该方法简便 。

The way of dual wavelength spectrophotometer to measure tartrazine and Sunset yellow in food was introduced in this paper. Their covelation coefficians were 0.999 9 and 0.999 8. This way was simple and the instruments was common.
