甘蓝型油菜生态型核不育材料H90S制种技术研究

摘要 对 H90 S×花恢制种研究表明 :靠近父本的母本行除株高以外的植株性状及经济性状都强于远离父本的株行 ,靠父本行越近结实越好 ;角果数、产量的分布及分枝生产效率以 4~ 6分枝最高。杂交种纯度随行比的增大、母本位置的增加而显著降低 ,其中两个年度 1∶ 1到 1∶ 3行比内杂种纯度大于 95 % ,而 1∶ 4以上行比杂种纯度达不到推广要求 ;另两个年度只有 1∶ 1行比杂种纯度在 93.82 %~ 94 .0 1% ,1∶ 2行比的杂种纯度只有 91.65 %和 92 .0 5 % ,1∶ 3以上行比的杂种纯度在 85 .4 9%~ 67.5 8%。分枝上的杂种纯度有随开花序位的增加而降低的趋势 。 The most plant and economic characters of female plants nearly male plants are better than those of farther female plants off male plants, except plant height by studying on hybrid production of H90S×Huahui. The pod number, yield distribution and branch production efficiency of the 4th~6th branchs on female plants are higher. The hybrid purity is significantly decreased with the increase of the row ratio and the degree of the female plants for off the male parent. The hybrid purity in 1∶1 to 1∶3 row ratio is over 95% and the hybrid purity of above 1∶4 row ratio is under the popularization standard. The hybrid purities of 1∶1, 1∶2 and above 1∶3 are 93.82%~94.01%, 91.65%~92.05%, 85.49%~67.58% respectively in other two years. The hybrid purity of branches shows a reduction trend with the position raising of the flowering head. The average hybrid purities of the main flower head and branches are significantly decreased with rise of the branch position.
