油菜生态型胞核不育系H90S的应用研究

摘要 油菜生态型细胞核雄性不育材料H90S具有原双隐性核不育材料 (117AB)恢复源广、配合力强、易选配强优势组合的优点 ,又有胞质不育三系材料 (陕 2A、PO1imaCMS)不育株率高的特点。以异地播期试验探讨其育性变化、以微粉株自交及授粉结实率探讨微粉活力 ,结果表明 ,H90S在低温短日照下表现为不育 ,在高温长日下为可育 ,可以实现本地正季制种和异地夏季繁殖。各年份之间不育株自交结实率因当年气候而改变。微粉花朵授精结实率较低。该材料杂种优势强 ,选配的 4个组合在预备试验中比对照油研七号增产 10 .5 %~ 2 7.8% ,在大区对比中比油研七号增产 8.5 %~ 12 .3%。 The ecotype GMS H90S have many advantages such as wide restoration, strong combining ability, easy breeding to strong heterosis crosses within recessive GMS(117AB), and height rate of sterile plant within GMS(shan 2GMS and polims GMS) Fertility change and vigour of micro pollen of the ecotype were studied from 1995-1997 The male plant of ecotype GMS manifested steriles in the microtherm and short day,represented in the high temperature and long day,thereby it could be reproduced in Guizhou province in autumn and another districts in summer The setting percentage of sterile plant selfing could change with the climate of years; insemination ability of micro pollec were low The heterosis of GMS is strong, yields of four crosses increased by 10 5% to 27 8% (Youyan No 7) in plot,and increased by 8 5% to 12 3% compared with CK in large field respectively
