偶联毛细管柱的研究

STUDIES ON CAPILLARY DOUBLE COLUMNS OF PARALLEL

本文研究了毛细管双柱的并联方法和它与检测器及汽化室的连接。应用0.29mm×20m—OV—101并联毛细管双柱和毛细管单柱对它们的性能和定量分析进行了测量比较,虽然分离效率稍有降低,但毛细管双柱定量误差明显减小。为进一步研究毛细管群柱奠定了基础。

This paper has been studied the parallel method of capillary double columns and it's linked fitting with vaporizer and detector.To apply 0.29mm×20m—ov— 101 double columns of parallel capillary,and capillary monocolumn to proceeded measuring compare on performance and quantitative analysis.It is proved that capillary double columns quantitative errors will be significantly lessened,although the separation efficiency is slightly decreasing.And hence,as fondation is laid for the studies of group of columns.
