^(99m)Tc-MIBI显像检测乳腺癌腋下淋巴结转移的价值

The clinical value of ^(99)mTc - MIBI scintigraphy in detecting axillary lymph node metastasis

目的 观察^(99m)Tc-MIBI乳腺显像检测乳腺癌腋下淋巴结转移的临床价值。方法 56例乳腺癌患者术前行乳腺核素显像,乳腺内或腋窝区出现异常放射性分布浓聚影为阳性,显像结论与术后病理结果对照。结果 56例乳腺癌腋下淋巴结显像阳性有19例,与病理对照,诊断乳腺癌腋下淋巴结转移的灵敏度为65.52％,特异性为100％,准确率为82.14％,阴性预测值为72.98％,阳性预测值为100％。结论 ^(99m)Tc-MIBI乳腺显像诊断乳腺肿瘤腋下淋巴结有较高的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of 99mTc - MIBI scintigraphy in detecting axillary lymph nodes metastasis.Methods 56 patients with breast cancer were examined by 99mTc - MIBI scintigraphy before surgical management, The scintigraphy was read as positive when focal radioactivity increased in the breast or axilla. The scintigraphy studies were compared with pathology. Results The sensitivity of 99mTc - MIBI scintigraphy in detecting axillary lymph node was 65.52% , specificity is 100% ,and accuarity is 82.14% , negative prognostication 72.98% , positive prognostication 100% . Conclusion 99mTc - MIBI scintigraphy can detect the metastases axillary lymph node.
