超声对肾结核的诊断价值

Diagnosis value of ultrasound in tuberculosis kidney

目的 探讨超声对肾结核的诊断价值。方法 应用二维(2D)超声观察53例肾结核患者的62只结核肾的声像图特征并与同期CT检查结果对照,对超声诊断肾结核进行评价。结果 53例肾结核中,双肾结核9例,单肾结核44例,共62只结核肾。所有病例均经手术或病理证实。超声诊断符合率82％(51/62),CT诊断符合率85％(53/62)。超声声像图表现三种类型:1.全肾结核钙化型:17只。2混合型:31只。3.炎性肿块型:14只。结论 超声检查能够显示肾结核的特征性表现,诊断准确率高,检查方法简便易行,重复性强,具有较高的临床实用价值。

Objective To study the diagnosis value of ultraound in the renal tuberculosis.Methods Two - dimension ultraound had been performed to observer 53 patients which had 62 lesions of tuberculosis in companion with the results of CT simultaneously. Results In the 53 cases of nenal tuberculosis ,9 cases were involved in both sides of kidney, 44 cases were involved unilatesally. All of patients were confirmed by surgery of pathologic biopsy. The diagnostic rates of accuracy of ultrasound and CT are 82 % and 85 % respectively. There are three kinds of manifestation: 1. calcification of the whole kindney in 17 lesions, 2. mixed type in 31 lesions and 3. inflammatory lump in 14 lesions. Conclusion The ultrasonography can show the characteristics of tuberculosis of kindey and has a high rate of accuracy. It is easy to operate and repeat. The clinical value is high.
