外伤性肠破裂延迟诊断的原因及预防

The causes of delayed diagnosis of traumatic intestine rupture and prevention

目的 分析外伤性肠破裂延迟诊断的原因并提出预防措施。方法 对 2 1例外伤性肠破裂延迟诊断的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 出现延迟诊断的原因主要为 :破裂孔径小 ,穿孔部位特殊 ,多发伤掩盖病情 ,人群对疼痛反应的敏感性不同以及受经济状况的制约。本组治愈 15例 ,死亡 6例。结论 临床应着重提高外伤性肠破裂的早期诊断治水平 ,最大限度地避免延迟诊断的发生。

Objective To analyze the causes of delayed diagnosis of traumatic intestine rupture and countermeasures.Methods The clinical data of 21 patients were analyzed.Results The main causes of delayed diagnosis were as follows:small bore rupture,the special location of an injury,patient's condition was concealed from multiple injury,the crow to pain reaction were different and was restricted by poorer economical conditions.Fifteen cases were cared and six died.Conclusion To improve the level of early diagnosis of traumatic intestine rupture is required to avoid the delayed diagnosis of tramatic intestin rupture.
