非创伤性修复治疗用于乳牙龋病的临床研究

Treatment of the caries of deciduous teeth with atraumatic restorative therapy

目的 评估非创伤性修复治疗 (ART)治疗乳牙龋病的疗效。方法 选择门诊乳牙龋病病人 ,年龄 3～ 9岁 ,龋齿共 114颗 ,随机分ART组和对照组 ,分别用ART法和常规法进行窝洞制备 ,两组均用同种玻璃离子粘固粉充填 ,记录治疗中患儿合作情况及一年后的充填保留率。结果 ART组患儿与对照组比较更愿接受治疗 (P <0 0 5 ) ,单面洞修复中ART组和对照组比较保存率差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而多面洞ART组较对照组保存率低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 ART是治疗乳牙龋病有效而简便的方法之一 。

Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of the caries of diciduous teeth with atraumatic restorative therapy(ART).Methods The children aged at 3～9 years,who suffered from diciduous caries,were randomly divided into the ART group and control one.The total decayed teeth were 114.ART and the routine techniques were used to prepare the cavities respectively.The same gloss ionomer cement was used as filling material in both groups.The cooperation situation during treatment and retention rates of material after 10 to 12 months were recorded.Results Compared with the control group,the children were more pleased at having received treatment in the ART group.There were no statistically significant differences found between two groups as to the retention rate of single side cavity restoration,whereas the ART group showed lower retention rate in multidimensional cavity restoration.Conclusion ART was one of effective and convenient modalities to treat the carious deciduous teeth and proved to be particularly useful in dental treatment of apprehensive chileren.
