运用生物力学的基础理论，对背向侧蹬滑步推铅球技术连续图片进行综合分析，提出予先充分拉长大肌肉群的长度，进一步加大收缩时产生的张力，加快推球的运动节奏，以适宜的角度，合理的高度和最快的出手初速度推掷铅球的动作技术。

The article,based on biomechanics, makes a systematic analysis on the serial pictures of the technique in Shot-put.It puts forward a skill,that is earlier stretch of the muscles,to make further increase on the tension coming from shrinkage and quicken the active rhythmn,with suitable angle,rational height and the fastest initial speed putting the shot.
