On the Buildup of Morality in Communities of a City in Its Modernization Process

该文从分析我国社会主义现代化历史进程的必然性、我国城市现代化进程中面临的伦理问题入手，指出社区道德建设的重要意义，论述社区道德建设的特点、功能、系统构成，以及加强社区道德建设的途径和方法。

Considering the inevitability of our country's socialist modernization process, by analyzing the moral prob- lems in the cities the paper presents the significance of the buildup of morality in communities of a city and discusses the features, functions of the buildup of morality in the city, the composition of the buildup program as well as ap- proaches to the buildup.
