本文着重分析网络信息传播的特征，论述网络时代对高校辅导员开展思想教育工作面临的挑战及应采取的对策。

Through analysing the charactenstics of network information transmission, this paper points out that network brings new challenges to the instructors' ideological education work,and explicates the strategies to face them.
