校外教学实习基地建设的经验教训与对策

实践教学在高等教育中占有特殊的地位，在市场经济条件下，实践教学的优劣、学生实践能力的强弱，既是衡量一所高校教育成败的重要标志，也关系到学生将来的生存与发展。本文以源于实际的资料，从实证的角度出发，认真地归纳了走访过的校外教学实习基地建设中存在的经验与教训，并提出相应的对策。

Practice teaching plays a special role in higher eduation.The success(or failure)of a school's educational program is partly judged by the results of practice teaching and the ability of students to practise what has been learned in class.The practice teaching they do will have great influence on students' post training survival and career fulfil- ment. The experience and moral of the off - campus practice teaching bases surveyed are introduced in this paper based on genuine information and anthentic proof. Some countermeasures are also suggested by the author.
