Deng Xiaoping's Theory on Science and Education and Development of Innovative Talents by Institutions of Higher Education in the 21th Century

邓小平科教理论是具有中国特色和时代特征的当代中国马克思主义理论。本文以邓小平科教理论为指导，结合广州大学教育改革实践，从观念创新、体制创新、教学创新等角度着重探讨了高校如何培养适应 ２１世纪知识经济新特点的人才。

Deng Xiaoping's theory on science and education is Marxist theory with Chinese socialist characteristics and features of the new era. This paper guided by Deng Xiaoping's theory on science and education, and making Guangzhou University's educational reform practice as its basis, studies ways, for the perspectives of idelogical, managment and teaching innovation, in which institutions of higher education can produce talents adaptable to the knowledge - based economy of the 21th century.
