分析了近年来我国经济快速发展导致东南沿海地区快速城市化的背景下 ,“都市中的村庄”尤其其中的“空心村”现象及其发展规律 ,并从可持续发展的角度提出了已列入城市规划范围的“空心村”

Analyze the phenomena about'the village in urban'and'the centre vacated village'in the rapid urbanization in south east littoral, then point out the development regulation,and last come up with some countermeasures of developing the centre vacated listed in urban planning to realize the sustainable development.
