摘要
可拓评价方法是处理现实世界中矛盾问题的一种新方法 ,它从定性和定量两个角度去探讨矛盾问题的规律和方法 ,能完整地反映样品的综合质量水平 。
Extension assessnemt which is a mew way to deal with contradition can reflect fully the comprehensive quality of sample from the view of rationing and qualitative analysis to explore the law and method of contradition.The rationality and applicability of application of extensoion assessment method to water environmental quality assessment are discussed.
