摘要
使用自制的一种多功能硫酸盐镀锡添加剂 ,在优选出的最佳镀液配方和工艺条件下 ,测试了镀液的性能 .结果表明 :均镀能力 99%,深镀能力 10 0 %,电流效率 87%,沉积速度 5 9μm/h ,镀液稳定性好 .
A multifunctional additive for sulfate tin plating was developed.Bath formula and plating parameters were optimised.Perfornance of the plating bath was tested. Results show that the throwing power in uniformity attains 99%,the throwing power in depth reaches 100%,the average cathodic current efficiency is 87%,the average deposition rate is 59% μ m/h and the bath is quite stable.
