摘要
研究了在不同外源激素条件下诱导丝石竹花朵恢复营养生长的过程 .结果表明单一生长素仅能诱导花产生愈伤组织 ,6-BA或 6-BA与生长素组合能在完全盛开的花中诱导花丝基部产生腋芽并发育成营养枝 ,在未开放花中能诱导花瓣回复到叶的状态 。
The effects of some auxins and cytokinins on formation of multiple-buds in Gypsophila elegans Bieb. were investigated. The experiments revealed:only auxins could not induce buds germination in flowers. 6-BA?2~{!+~}3?mg~{!$~}L~{*,*)~}-1~{**~} had good effects on promotion of multiple-buds. Petals were three times bigger than originals under the effects of KT or ZT. The strong multiple-buds were fromatted on MS medium containing NAA 0.2?mg~{!$~}L~{*,*)~}-1~{**~},6-BA?3?mg~{!$~}L~{*,*)~}-1~{**~}. The paraffin-section of explants cultured about 3~{!+~}7 days and stained with hematoxylin demonstrated the buds grew out from base of filaments.
