摘要 目的 :了解围产窒息存活儿血清类胰岛素样生长因子 - 1(IGF - 1)水平变化规律 ,探讨其与缺氧缺血性脑病的关系。方法 :以围产窒息的足月存活儿为对象 ,根据缺氧缺血性脑病程度分为轻度组和中重度组 ,并以正常足月儿为对照 ,于生后 3d内 (急性期 )和 (14± 3)d(恢复期 )采外周静脉血 ,采取双抗体不平衡的放射免疫分析法进行测定。结果 :围产窒息 (轻、中重度 )存活儿生后 3d内 (急性期 )IGF - 1的含量水平与正常对照组差异无显著性 ,而生后 (14± 3)d(恢复期 )IGF -1明显升高 ,显著高于正常对照组 ,且中重度缺氧缺血性脑病组较轻度组升高更加显著。结论 :IGF- 1在围产期窒息脑损伤修复过程中起重要作用。 Aim: To evaluate the changes in level of serum insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) in acute and recovery phase in newborn with perinatal asphyxia and explore the relationship between the level of serum IGF-1 and pathogenesis of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). WTHZMethods:WTBZ The term newborns who had perinatal asphyxia were devided into two groups: mild HIE group and moderate-severe HIE group according to the degree of HIE, and the normal term newborns were taken as a control group. Serum IGF-1 levels were measured with radioimmunoassay. WTHZ Results:WTBZ There were no significant difference of serum IGF-1 (129.57±58.17),( 134.4±56.28) vs (123.72±55.23) ng/mL between the term newborns who had perinatal asphyxia and those who were normal within 3 days after delivery(acute phase). But during the recovery phase (14±3 )d after delivery levels of IGF-1 (236.67±32.34), (368.34±90.51) vs (174.51±47.67) ng/mLin asphyxia group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01). In the newborns with asphyxia, level of serum IGF-1 in moderate-severe HIE group increased more significantly than in mild HIE group (P<0.01). WTHZ Conclusion:WTBZ IGF-1 may play an important role in recovering brain damage which is caused by perinatal asphyxia.
