摘要
目的 :尝试一种新的用药方式———应用浸泡有碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)的胶原罩治疗兔角膜穿透伤。方法 :实验兔 30只 ,随机分为 3组 ,每组 10只 ,在角膜中心各作一穿透性长 4mm切口。第 1组 :对照组 ;第 2组 :2 μg/mL的bFGF溶液滴眼组 ;第 3组 :bFGF胶原罩治疗组。结果 :测得各组角膜伤口承受压力的极限值有明显差异 (P <0 0 0 0 5 ) ,对照组为 (62 0 0± 8 2 5 )kPa ;bFGF滴眼组为 (10 2 0 0± 13 4 3)kPa ;bFGF胶原罩组为 (135 83± 9 85 )kPa。 3组外伤的修复 :bFGF胶原罩组效果最好 ,bFGF滴眼组次之 ,对照组最差。结论 :3组角膜伤口均为疤痕修复 ,以bFGF胶原罩组最好。
Aim: We try to adopt a new method-using immersed bFGF collagen shield to treat rabbit corneal penetrating wound. WTHZ Methods:WTBZ A full thickness central corneal incision with length of 4.0 mm, by which the anterior chamber was peusetceted, 30 rabbits were divided into three groups at random. First group was control group. Second group was bFGF drop group. Third group was bFGF-collagen shield group. WTHZResults:WTBZ The extreme pressures, which corneal wound could bear, were obviously different in three groups(P<0.000 5), control group: (62.00±8.25) kPa, bFGF drop group: (102.00± 13.43 )kPa, bFGF-collagen shield group: (135.83±9.85) kPa, corneal wound healing condition of three groups showed: bFGF-collagen shield group's was the best, bFGF drop group's was better, control group's was bad. WTHZ Conclusion: WTBZ Corneal wound healing of three groups were all from scar formation, but the result of third group was the best in three groups.
