摘要
采用旋转分离自蔓延高温合成 (SHS)新工艺研制成功弧长达 1 .3m、弯曲弧度 (弧中心角度 )为 45°～ 1 1 5°、内径小于 30mm的陶瓷内衬复合弯管。检测分析表明 ,复合弯管的组织和性能优良。
The ceramic lined curved composite pipe which is more than 1.3mm in length,45°～115° in radian and less than 30mm in internal diameter,is produced by method of SHS rotational gravitational separation thermit.The excellent microstructure and properties of the pipe has been proved by test,as well as good result of its application to the delivery pipe line for pulverized coal.
