摘要
经济增长与技术进步是互为条件的 ,一方面经济增长越来越依靠技术进步 ;另一方面 ,技术进步的经济基础是经济增长 ,并且技术进步的商业价值也只能体现在经济增长上。在经济全球化进程中 ,任何一个国家的经济增长和技术进步在根本上都取决于它所具有的竞争优势。中国根据自身的竞争优势实现经济增长与技术进步 ,既是必然的 ,也是合理的。
Economic growth and technological development are interdependent. On the one hand, economic growth is more and more dependent on technology development; on the other hand, the business value of technological improvements can only be embodied on economic growth. In the trend of globalization, what determines a country's economic growth and technological progress is nothing but its competitive advantages.
