摘要
处于信息时代 ,图书市场出现了新情况。图书发行渠道、文献载体形态均有了新变化 ,图书采购也必然要在采购程序、规则、方法上不断改革、创新以适应形势 ,完成图书资源建设任务。
In the era of information, many new phenomena appear in book markets. Book issuing channels and reference carriers are all changed. So that the reform and innovation on the purchasing procedure and regulation must be made in order to suit the new situation, and to fulfill the tasks of building the library resources base.
