摘要 简要地叙述了钠米钼材料 ,如纳米二硫化钼、掺钛纳米二硫化钼涂层、纳米MoSi2 The application and property of nanopartic materials,such as nanopartic MoS 2,nanopartic MoS 2/TiN coating,nanopartic MoSi 2-SiC Ceramet,Mo-W nanopartic alloys etc.were described briefly.
