摘要
本文分析了造成当前国有企业科技人才流失、人才资源浪费的原因,并从机制、待遇、感情三个方面论述了增强国有企业科技人员向心力的对策。
This paper analyzed the reason why nation-owned enterprises always lose the people engaged in science and technology. Also bring out some countermeasures to solve this problem through the mechanism, the treatment and the sentiment.
