摘要
提倡研制开发高品钼铁 ,通过对炉外法钼铁生产技术的系统分析 ,提出上部点火熔炼的异步反应模式和革新批量模式 ,应用自由焓函数法和富热等概念 ,剖析高品钼铁生产的技术难题 。
To develop'high grade Fe-Mo'was advocated.The asynchronous reaction model and new burden calculation model of top fired smelting were put forward by systematic analysis of the technology about the FeMo smelting outside the furnace;Using the method of free anthalpy function and the new concepts such as 'excess heat',the countermeasures such as the simplified methods of heat stablizing and heat adjusting ,and the new test'adding Si into FeMo alloy',were introduced with analyzing the porblems about the high grade FeMo production.
