摘要
本文分析了氧化铝熟料窑内衬的损毁原因,从提高耐火材料性能,划分区域分类使用,满足工矿条件并从使用、砌筑、操作三方面采取改进措施,使熟料窑内衬的平均使用寿命提高了1.5-1.8倍,取得了显著的经济效益。
This paper analysed the damaged cause of alamina curing rotary - kiln lining, from advanced the function of refractory material, applg by region, met the requirements of use, building and operation. The life of curing rotory kiln lining increased 1.5- 1.8 times. Remarkable economic benefits have been obtained in this works.
