摘要 由热力学数据计算了与MgS、MgO和镁蒸气平衡的铁水中的硫和氧的活度。当Mg和CaO同时喷入铁水时 ,镁的脱硫能力会增大。以氮作载气 ,它会与镁生成Mg3 N2 ,但是Mg3 N2 The activities of sulfur and oxygen in hot metal in equilbrium with MgS, MgO and magnesium vapor have been calculated by thermodynamics data. When magnesium and lime are added simultaneously into hot metal, the capability of desulphurization for hot metal can be increased. Nitrogen as carrier gas can react with Mg to form Mg 3N 2,but it may take part in the reactions of desulphurization and deoxidation at high temperature.
