摘要
在实验室小型实验炉内进行了铁水脱硫预处理的实验研究 ,渣的基本组成为CaO -CaF2 ,在脱硫剂中分别配入AD粉、BaO、CaCl2 和Mg ,从而不同程度提高了脱硫率。
The experimental study on desulphurization in hot metal pretreatment process is performed in upright resistance furnace. The slag is basically composed of CaO and CaF 2. By adding AD powder, BaO, CaCl 2 and Mg into desulphurizing flux, the desulphurization ratio is somewhat increased. The influences of these elements are theoretically analyzed.
