摘要
介绍了重钢七厂在推行优化转炉造渣工艺的过程中 ,针对常规助熔剂 (包括萤石、氧化铁皮等 )对炉子侵蚀程度严重或化渣效果差的缺点 ,开发了复合化渣剂 ,有效地解决了常规助熔剂存在的问题 。
For the disadvantages of conventional melting agents(including scales etc.)which have serious corrosion against converter and bad slagging effect, complex slagging agents are developed during optimization of slagging process in No. 7 Plant of Chongqing Iron & Steel Co.Ltd., which can effectively solve the problems of conventional melting agents. Satisfactory results are obtained from practical production.
