摘要
通过分析影响钢水温降的各个因素 ,利用人工神经网络原理建立了钢水温度预报模型。该模型预报值与实测值基本相符 ,在此基础上 ,提出了该厂合理的温度制度 。
Based upon the analysis on the factors influencing temperature drop of molten steel, the model of prediction of molten steel temperature is established via the principle of artificial neural network. On the basis of the prediction values corresponding to the measured ones, the reasonable temperature system applicable for the plant and the measurements of optimization of tapping temperature are put forward.
