阐述了板坯连铸机在保留原二冷一段基本结构不变的条件下 ,将格栅改为密排辊的设计方案、设备构造及特点。并简要介绍了密排辊的应用情况。

This paper describes the design plan, equipment structure and charateristics of changing from grids to closely arranged rollers while keeping the original basic structure of the first segment of secondary cooling zone unchanged. The application and effects of closely arranged rollers are briefly introduced.
