摘要
电锌中含铅主要由化学沉积和机械夹杂两种原因引起 ,而电解液中悬浮的 Pb SO4,Pb CO3和 Pb O粒子是引起机械夹杂的主要原因。往电解液中加入 Sr CO3并保持一定时间可沉淀出大部分铅 ,获得铅浓度较低的电解液 ,此电解液送电解可生产出 1号电锌。
Chemical electrodeposition and mechanical impurities can cause higher content of lead in electrolytic zinc,and suspending PbSO 4,PbCO 3 and PbO particles in electrolyte can cause mechanical impruities.Most lead in electrolyte can be precipitated by adding SrCO 3 into electrolyte and keeping for some time,and then qualified electrolyte with lower content of lead can be gotten.1 # electrolytic zinc can be produced with the qualified electrolyte.
