摘要
对氯化亚铜沉淀除氯体系中各反应平衡进行了分析 ,得到形成 Cu Cl(s)稳定区域热力学条件及脱氯的限度。化学位图分析表明 ,铜离子总浓度是影响氯脱除率的主要因素。锌电解液脱氯实验进一步证明 ,随着[Cu]t增大 ,除氯率也增大 [Cu]t为 2 .5 g/ L时 ,除氯率可达到 79.6% ,效果较好。
The reaction equilibriums and the removing limit of chloride by CuCl (s) precipitation are analyzed.A thermodynamic conditions of CuCl (s) stable region is determined.The diagram of chemical potential shows that the total concentration of cupric ions is main influence factor on chloride precipitation.Further test proves that the percentage of chloride precipitation increases with t in zinc electrolyte.A good result of 79.6% is obtained when t is 2.5 g/L.
