摘要
试验研究了含镁、碱士金属复合合金净化钢液的机理及其在调整钢结构和优化钢性能方面的作用。通过和其它合金的工业对比试验,分析了其理化性能。对试样着重进行大样电解和高倍金相研究,从微观结构、夹杂物和热力学机理出发,指出开发适用于生产洁净钢的含镁、碱士金属复合合金具有重大的应用价值和巨大的潜力。
The purifying steel mechanism of mag nesium and alkaline-earth metals-c ontained alloys is stud-ied.The function of the alloy in regu lating steel structure and optimizing steel performance is also describ ed.In con-trast to other alloy' s industrial test,the alloy' s physical chemistry performance is analyzed.With the study of big sampleelectrolysisandhighmultip lemetalphase,ifconsideringmicro structure,inclusions andthermodynamicmecha-nism of the alloy,conclusion can be d rawn that it will be promising develo ping magnesium and alkaline-earth met-als-contained alloys which can be ap plied in purified steel manufacture.
