摘要
从数量庞大的机器人市场中选择最适合自身条件和使用目标的机器人是一件很重要的工作。文章对机器人应用的目的和原则进行了总结 ;对机器人选择问题 (RSP :RobotSelectionProblem)的研究进行了分类 ;描述了在专家系统和模糊决策模块共同支持下的机器人选择软件。系统首先在专家系统的帮助下确认每一工程应用的关键参数 ,然后进行DEA(数据包络 )分析 。
A great number of industrial robot types are available in market now. Therefore, it is a complex, key and essential task for an end user to select a proper type of robot from market. Aims and principles for robot application are summarized, research on RSP (Robot Selection Problem) is classified; a robot selecting software supported commonly by an expert system and fuzzy decision module is described. The system first confirms the key parameters for each engineering application with help of the expert system, then has DEA (Data Envelope Analysis), finally selects a proper robot based on several evaluation opinions from the integrative evaluation team of fuzzy decision module.
