摘要
在Weible简化的数学模型基础上建立了一维数学模型下气体在肺中的传输和扩散方程。同时给出了在七层肺模型下气体传输核扩散的方程 ,考虑生理无效腔对深呼吸氮清洗的影响 ,通过计算得到了一次深呼吸氮清洗的曲线 ,并与实验结果能够很好的吻合 ,并分析气生理无效腔对分析了呼吸无效腔对第Ⅲ、Ⅵ区域的影响。对进一步研究气体在肺内的传输和扩散和肺疾病的临床诊断有着重要的参考价值。
We have got a digital model through simplifying the Weible model.The equation of one dimensional mathematical model for human lung is built.Assuming the lung is divided parallel seven regions in this paper,on which the equation of one dimensional mathematical model for human lung is derived and single breath N 2 washout is simulated.Especially analyzing the effect of the physiological dead space to Ⅲ、Ⅳ zone.All these are very important to the same kinds of study and to the diagnosis of lung disease.
