Die Design of Deep Drawing Process with Hydraulic Pressure and Constant Blanking Holding Force

摘要 针对液压拉深成形的特点 ,将常压边力的设计原理用于液压拉深模的设计中 ,采用这种结构 ,可使拉深过程中的压边力一直保持不变 ,不仅使液压成形更容易在单动压力机上实现 ,且能达到用力控制压边效果的目的 ,可提高拉深成形极限 ,或生产出更加复杂的制件 。
