摘要
以德国CXP10 3 2起重机油气悬架为研究对象 ,建立数学模型 ,应用MATLAB5 3 /SIMULINK3 0进行计算机仿真 ,得出车架和车桥相对于地面的位移、速度、加速度的衰减规律 ,探讨油气悬架的舒适性 ,为油气悬架的优化设计提供可行性理论和定性定量的依据。
This paper takes the Germany made CXP1032 crane′s hydro pneumatic suspension as the study object,establishes its mathematic model and conducts computer simulation with MATLAB5 3/SIMULINK3 0 software .The reducing laws of the displacement,speed and acceleration of the chassis and axle relative to the ground are derived and the comfort of the suspension is discussed.This provides a theoretical basis for hydro pneumatic suspension optimization.
