This article covers three aspects of the work done our research group in the latest one year, i. e. the effect of the type of chiral additive, the pH of the background electrolyte and the organic modifier on the enan-tiomeric separation, the enantioselectivity of three newly-developed charged cyclodextrins, and the synergistic effect of the dual CD system. The selectivity of appropriate cyclodextrin type is of the most importance, Of the various enantiomeric separation technology, the capillary zone electrophoresis is one of the most promising methods.
