Experiment and Analysis for the Speed Regulation of Metal V-belt Type CVT

介绍了金属带式无级变速器转速调节原理和P811型CVT试验装置 ,并根据试验结果阐述了CVT主要的控制方式。同时 ,通过分析试验数据 ,在原理和实验两方面 ,共同论证了节气门开度一定时 ,CVT从动轮油压与传动比成线性关系的重要特性 ,在研究CVT控制原理方面取得了突破性发展 。

In this paper, the regulating principle of rotate speed of Metal V-belt Type CVT and the test device of P811 CVT are introduced. The control mode of CVT is discussed according to the test. And the linear characteristic between the oil pressure of the driven gear and the transmission ratio is verified in the aspect of theory and test, when the throttle opening keeps constant. This is an evolvement in terms of control theory of CVT.
