摘要
对外啮合斜齿齿轮泵的困油特性进行了较详细的研究 ,得出了无侧隙斜齿轮泵的接触面方程 ;同时分别推导出了无齿侧侧隙斜齿轮泵和有齿侧侧隙斜齿轮泵的临界螺旋角表达式。最后给出了算例 ,并得出了一些有价值的结论。
In this paper, the trapping property of external helical gear pump was investigated in detail, and the tooth flank equation of helical gear pump without backlash was presented. At the same time the expressions of critical helical angle were worked out to helical gear pumps with backlash or not. At last a calculational example and some valuable conclusion were given.
