摘要
齿轮整体误差测量的实质是在测量蜗杆与被测齿轮单面啮合的基础上 ,对齿轮转角变异进行检测而获取误差信息。测量蜗杆的误差成为影响齿轮整体误差测量精度的关键因素。提出在测量蜗杆制造精度一定的前提下 ,对其误差进行补偿 ,成为解决问题的关键。以圆矢量函数为工具 ,推出了误差条件下的渐开螺旋面方程 ,并以啮合线为媒介 ,建立了测量蜗杆误差补偿的数学模型。
It is essence of gear integrated error measurement to obtain gear error information by measuring gear tuming angle variation on the base of single-flank engagement between the measurement worm and the gear. The error of measurement worm is the key factor which affects the measurement accuracy, so it is important for improving the measurement accuracy to compensate the error of measurement worm. With the tool of circle vector function, the involute helix profile with error is given, and with the media of engagement line, the error compensation mathematical model is established.
