苦瓜叶片提取液对美洲斑潜蝇杀虫作用与生长发育的影响

The Killing Action and Growth Influence of Momordica charantia Extracts on Liriomyza sativae

采用乙醚、丙酮、乙醇 3种有机溶剂浸提和热提 7个品种的苦瓜叶片 ,获取叶片提取液 ,利用提取液研究其对美洲斑潜蝇的杀虫作用和生长发育的影响。结果表明 :苦瓜叶片提取液对美洲斑潜蝇成虫有一定的触杀作用 ,对卵的孵化及幼虫生长发育有明显的抑制作用 ,使孵化率、化蛹率和羽化率降低 。

The seven varieties balsam pear ( Momordica charantia L.) leaves were extracted and hot extracted with three organic solvents including ether, acetone and ethanol. The effect of the extracted liquids on Liriomyza sativae was studied on killing action and growth influence. The results showed that the liquids had certain action of contact poisoning. They were effective in restraining to egg's hatch, larvae's growth, and decreased the rate of hatching, pupating and emergence. The effect of acetone extracted liquid from Damazi was the strongest among them.
